Cats At Home was founded in 2019 by Charlie Warren.
Hi…. yes that is me! You will mostly find me with my two young daughters Mabel and Penny when I am not grooming cats! We have been offering grooming services for many years but it’s only in 2019, since becoming a mother of two, that I’ve been able to focus my time on developing Cats At Home, where I can help offer the loving care and attention all our feline friends deserve! Whether it be at the salon or within their own home.
Having worked in so many vet practices, it soon became clear that not all owners want their cats sedated when being groomed or de-matted, especially elderly cats, who may not be suitable patients for regular anaesthetics. This was one of the primary reasons that inspired me to create a relaxing and non stressful environment for Cats when grooming time comes around. Cats At Home are very proud to offer Cats and owners an enjoyable grooming experience where sedation methods simply are not required.

My expertise and veterinary knowledge of animals have helped me to manage the most loving and troublesome cats, ensuring their health and wellbeing is paramount at all times. We guarantee that each and every cat will be handled on a one-to-one basis in safe, clean and quiet environment that’s free from dogs and manned by our highly experienced cat handlers.
We also offer a home collection and drop off service for all cats within a 15 mile radius of Norwich. Cats at Home cat owners travel from far and wide to take advantage of our professional cat grooming service. We’re truly passionate about delivering the best possible service to our customers, and your pet’s welfare is at the heart of everything we do.
